A bit too Disney, but still one of my favourite Pixar movies. Should've won its Best Picture.

So the Crusades never died.. A great action flick, with a good chemistry between the main protagonists. Funny, actually.

Hey, I laughed. A lot. Kill me if you have to. Not to deep, not to smart, but the characters drive the movie forward. Downey IS blackface, for better or for worse.

tanketom tanketom wrote about Clueless

This movie is actually quite bad, but it's so 90s, it's OK. AS IF!

tanketom tanketom wrote about Ice Age

This was actually my first DVD, and probably the animated flick I've seen most, thanks to the Norwegian soundtrack, which is superb. Very funny!

Even though I actually was one of the people who got the plot twist very early on in the movie, I still enjoyed it. The last good movie Shyamalan made?

I can never tell whether I like this movie or not. It's a bit flat, but at the same time it's very sweet and visually stunning. *sigh*

tanketom tanketom commented NEW FEATURE: film watching logs

I like the WP-Movie-Ratings-plugin you can get here (http://paulgoscicki.com/projects/wp-movie-ratings/). It makes plotting down when you've seen movies very easy. Of course, it's not directly transferreable, but maybe you'll get some ideas for the feature here?

tanketom tanketom wrote about Seven

Classicly Fincher-ish, the King of Plot Twists, never a bad idea.

Plant and forage. Plant and forage. This movie does this in one of the best ways I know.

9 stars

tanketom tanketom wrote about Miracle World: Bushman

A quirky look on the consumer society. The best Botswanian film I've ever seen!

Jim Carrey is back where we once had him. Thank you, !

tanketom tanketom wrote about Watchmen

As close as it gets to a perfect comic adaption, but tends to a certain superficiality.

tanketom tanketom wrote about The Pink Panther 2

Makes me a tad ashamed about being Norwegian. Why, Steve Martin, why!?

1 stars

tanketom tanketom wrote about The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

Compact, and well-written story about a misfit girl, a journalist and a family with secrets.

tanketom tanketom wrote about Fast & Furious

Beautiful cars and fast women, again. But what else did you expect?

6 stars

tanketom tanketom wrote about Know1ng

Overly obvious Christian referances in this "okay" doomsday movie. I'm sorry to say, the ending totally ruined it. WTF?

5 stars

tanketom tanketom wrote about Star Trek

An interesting reboot of the Star Trek universe. The new cast works, but this movie needs more Scotty!

tanketom tanketom wrote about Taken

Feels a bit like Jason Bourne Sr., but it works!

tanketom tanketom wrote about The House Bunny

Anna Faris could have been worse, but the worst parts if this movie may have given me a hernia. A bad one.
